If you're still encountering issues, follow these steps to check your APN settings on your iOS device:

  • Open your “Settings” app, typically represented by a gear icon.

  • Locate and tap on "Cellular".

  • Select "Cellular Data".

  • Choose "Carrier Services".

  • Click on "Access Points".

  • In the “Access Points” section, enter the following information: internet.oxio.com

  • Leave the “Username” and “Password” fields blank.

Once these steps are completed, you should be able to access the internet on your device."
