    If you're experiencing difficulties placing or receiving calls, ensure that your plan is active and that you have sufficient available minutes.

2. Verify Phone Settings for Incoming Calls:

If you're encountering issues with incoming calls, review the following settings on

your phone:

  • Roaming:

  1. Android: Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Roaming.

  2. iOS: Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Options > Roaming.

  • Network Mode:

    Ensure that your phone is set to 4G or LTE.

  • Network Operators:

    Confirm that the "Select automatically" option is enabled.

  • VoLTE (Voice over LTE):

    Check if VoLTE, 4G, or LTE Mode is activated (this may vary based on your device).

  • Mobile Data:

    Ensure that mobile data is enabled.

  • APN (Access Point Name):

    Verify that the APN settings are configured correctly.
