  2. Check Your Phone Settings: Review the following settings on your phone:

    • Roaming:

      • Android: Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Roaming.

      • iOS: Settings > Cellular > Options > Roaming.

    • Network Mode: Ensure that you've selected 4G or LTE for optimal connectivity.

    • Network Selection: Set network selection to automatic mode for seamless operation.

    • Coverage: Ensure that there is service available within the Mexican Republic.

Other Possible Reasons:

  • Short Codes: Service for short codes (e.g., TV contest messaging or supermarket card balance inquiry) may not be available.
