Guidelines for Cancelling Your Service and Steps to Take

Our prepaid plans offer you flexibility as they are not bound by contracts. Canceling your service is as simple as not paying for your plan.

Deactivation Policy Due to Inactivity:

If a line remains unpaid for 90 days or more, it will automatically deactivate. It's crucial to note that once a line deactivates due to inactivity, it cannot be recovered. Should you wish to continue using our service with a different number, you'll need to acquire a new SIM card.

*Note: Some lines may deactivate after 60 days without an active plan.
